JULIE L. KAMINSKI

Since joining Wolin Law Group LLC, Julie Kaminski has concentrated her practice on financial and business transactions. Julie has 30 years of experience representing banks in documenting financial transaction for commercial real estate including, acquisitions, renovations and new construction. Over the years, Julie has built long-lasting relationships with business owners and represents them in all aspects of their business, from corporate matters to purchasing and selling their businesses and commercial real estate. In addition, she has negotiated, structured, and documented transactions on projects involving mid-level hotels, motels, multifamily units, gas stations, and retail shopping centers for banks and companies throughout the United States.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University, Julie graduated with a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver Law School. In 1991, Julie was admitted to practice law in Illinois, and by 1999 she was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
