JASON L. WOLIN

Jason Wolin’s 20+ years of legal experience translates into pragmatic business-minded legal advice, advising a wide range of company owners and leaders. As a business owner himself, Jason focuses on results and understanding what’s best for the business in a wide range of situations. Jason has extensive experience on a broad range of issues (e.g., labor and employment, contract disputes, commercial litigation, etc.) as well as substantial experience negotiating business contracts (e.g., operating agreements, joint venture agreements, vendor contracts, leases, non-disclosure agreements, etc.).

Jason is highly-skilled at all types of negotiations. He cut his teeth in trial court doing both commercial and personal injury matters. He has the experience to pursue a matter in court if it makes sense for the clients’ business. Jason has represented numerous clients in like-kind exchanges with significant experience in commercial lease negotiations, contract negotiations and corresponding disputes/due diligence. He has been involved in the formulation of employment policy and procedure development for various entities. Jason still practices extensively in administrative matters and personal injury.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Arizona prior to graduating from John Marshall Law School with honors in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
